- 4 weeks agoCalled Miller late Tuesday afternoon and spoke to service rep. Made appt for Wednesday between 9-12 for an issue with my unit. Jacob showed up at 9:05 am and was very personable and polite. He got his gear and I told him what was happening with unit. He quickly went to work and explained everything along the way. Great job and I’m a very happy customer. Will definitely use again. I will ask for Jacob, he was tremendous. Five stars!!!!
- in the last week5Miller’s air conditioning in Lake Placid came out and helped us when one of our units went down with a bad coil. The entire Miller team was absolutely amazing! Special shout out to Kyle and Joshua! These guys were prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They made what could have been a frustrating situation, a successful and manageable repair. I highly recommend the entire team - those in the office and the management as well as the technicians! Robert and Donna Hildebrand
- a month agoMy air conditioner went out in mid June 25’ and I called the company that installed it 3 years earlier. They had gone out of business so I needed to find another company to do the service on it. I called Millers because of their high review ratings. They came out and diagnosed a leak in the aluminum part of the coil. I was advised that trying to repair the aluminum was chancy and the best option was to have a coil replacement since it was under warranty. Upon searching for parts it was determ... Upon searching for parts it was determined that it would take 2 months to get the replacement part from the manufacturer with a labor cost of $975. Because they didn’t want me to wait 2 months Miller decided it was worth a try to repair the coil for me for $650 and they warrantied the work. It failed after 3 days and I was back to a 2 month wait for air conditioning. Miller got ahold of the manufacturer and went to bat for me. They got the manufacturer to get me a brand new air conditioner and replaced it for $975 minus the $650 I had already paid. If it hadn’t been for Millers efforts I would have been without a/c for 2 months. I cannot say enough about this company and their customer service. If you need a/c service this is the company to go with. You will not be disappointed. Kudos to everyone at Millers. You are the best. Read Less

The installers, Gerardo and Juan, arrived this week & spent over 12 hours installing the system, including some additional work I requested. They labored tirelessly in this insane heat to get the job done, and they cleaned up nicely after they completed their work. - a month agoThis has been the second or third time I've contacted them. They are absolutely the very best Air conditioning service locally. I would not even consider anyone else. Prompt,efficient and trustworthy. Again the BEST. Matt is the very best Air tech he really knows his stuff.
