A friend recommended this company when the one we use failed us terribly. It was after hours and our AC stopped working last night. I called Miller’s and the tech was here in 30 mins! What an amazing service!!! We were desperate after getting home to the AC not working and it being 90 degrees in our house. Called my AC company and no call back. My husband found Miller’s Air Conditioning online and, after reading so many great reviews, he called their 24-hour service. Within 6 minutes we received a call from James. James, who was servicing another customer, did a troubleshoot with my husband on the phone. It’s now 12:30 a.m. James came over the house first thing in the morning and repaired the AC. I was still waiting on my other AC company to call me back from the night before. James is professional and explained everything he did, he is knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I can’t say enough about him and his company. I was so impressed and pleased that I immediately did a one-year maintenance service contract. Great service!!

Adrian came out, showed me pictures of what we were dealing with, explained the process thoroughly, and gave me a very affordable quote! They worked me in on my time crunch of having other contractors coming for other jobs and got the job done right and quick! Miller's A/C is a very long, complex story. They removed one system, 3-year-old compressor and air handler, and put it at my daughter's home. They put in a new, more efficient unit and did duct work in my home. Reason: Old company. I wanted old ducts removed and air handler out of attic due to drain from old air handler in attic was being drained into a soil stack that was running. Water was dripping ceiling and making it fall. Plus my daughter needed a compressor and air handler due to hers went out. I wanted a totally new system. MILLER'S They did a fantastic job. It was a very big and complex job. My sales rep, Daniel, listened to what I wanted and was checking on jobs every day. Daniel has done a fantastic job from start to finish. There was a service rep, Mr. Gerardo. He went above and beyond doing his job to make me a very happy customer. He made sure that everything was done right, and if it was not, he repaired it and made it right. He even got on to the installers that left trash in attic, after they just cleaned all the trash from the last company ((((I will not name them, but they are a very old company based out of Avon Park, FL.)))) Mr. Gerardo has done a fantastic job from start to finish. MILLER'S even put blown insulation in attic. NOTE I even called the head of the installation department, told her that Mr. Gerardo needs to be her eyes in the field and he should be promoted to a field supervisor over all her crews since that Miller's, since they are growing and going to other counties. He would be a very big asset to their company for quality control. REASON WHY I WANT THIS The compressor, 3 years old, and air handler, 3 years old, and in attic was good. But the company that I will not name did such a terrible job doing the ductwork. It was a combination of old metal ducts and new flex ducts and the house was not cool where it needed to be and the rest of house was freezing. My A/C power bill was horrendous and my daughter needed a newer unit and it was 10k for her, so I bit the bullet and put new in mine. THE PRICE FOR EVERYTHING WAS ALL WORTH IT, BECAUSE NOW I HAVE A QUALITY JOB AND I AM COOL ALL AROUND IN HOUSE NOW. THANK YOU SO MUCH MILLER'S A/C
